7 Day HA Recovery Commitment Challenge AUDIO
You’ve decided that you don’t want the option of having a baby taken away from you and you’ve even started to learn about the long term effects of not having a healthy, regular cycle.
It’s a daunting task to dive into HA recovery when you’ve spent so long trying to do everything that got you here in the first place! You’ve worked really hard in your life, for your career, to stay fit and healthy and now you’re feeling a little confused that everyone wants you to go back in the other direction.
Well, that’s ok, I’ve got your back.
Over the next week we’re going to commit to HA Recovery together. We’re going to tackle the biggest mindset issues and talk about the most tactical ways to get on track ASAP.
HOW IT WORKS
Day 1
We’re going to talk about why your period is missing and how you’re going to get it back. If you want to, you’ll be able to ask me any questions to help make sure that you have clarity on your goals for this commitment.
You’ll be given your first assignment on day 1, too (hint: it’s grocery shopping) and before you get started, we’ll try to clear up any fears you may have.
Day 2
Building a solid, balanced meal is extremely important. Yes, you need to eat all of the things and we’re going to talk about that – but there is more to HA recovery than just eating and eating.
We’re going to talk about the fundamentals of building a healthy meal along with some great ideas for calorically dense, nutrient rich foods that will support your body through this time.
Day 3
Seeking support and enrolling your loved ones in your experiences is very beneficial to your long term recovery.
I’m going to help you ask for the support you need from your friends and family. Don’t forget, you’ll have me to support you along the way too!
Day 4
Reducing or eliminating exercise...which one is for you?
We’ll get into whether or not exercise is causing you more harm than good, and some strategies you can employ to work through this lifestyle change.
Day 5
Mindset shifts are what’s going to really get you across the finish line.
You can employ lifestyle changes until the cows come home but if you don’t have your mindset game right, you’re not going to keep your recovered period for long.
The habits you’ve engrained are just that: engrained. Let’s start rewiring them.
Day 6
Let’s talk about changing your life.
Yep, that’s right. Something about what you’ve been doing is not quite right and we need to get to the bottom of it and make a change.
Don’t worry, this part is FUN!
Day 7
The final day of the commitment challenge.
I’ll have one final assignment for you to take on before you leave and continue on this adventure.
BONUS DAY 8 - AUDIO VERSION ONLY
The free, email version of this challenge has only 7 days, but this audio version has a BONUS day that covers how to track symptoms that your period is coming. I'll walk you through the best ways to check for progress and stay motivated!
“Just listened to the 7 day challenge audio playlist with the additional 8th day and want to tell you I loved it! So informative but I especially enjoyed the journaling, positive affirmations, and the extra episode 8 that discussed signs that I’m on the right track! I’ve been seeing CM, experiencing breast tenderness, and weight gain. It was really helpful to hear both the CM and breast tenderness can come and go which I’ve experienced.”
