The DIY Restore Course

The DIY HA Recovery Course to help you restore your missing period and regain your fertility.

What do you actually need to get your period back?!

We’ve put the answer in this course.

Hint: it doesn’t involve birth control, eating junk food or giving up exercise.

Stop spinning your wheels trying to figure out the missing piece to your hypothalamic amenorrhea.

Restore will help you understand hypothalamic amenorrhea in and out, identify the blindspots in your recovery, resolve challenges that are specific to you and get your period back (for good).

We cut out the fluff and help you get right to the juicy stuff:

  • Why you have HA

  • How to identify and remove unhelpful food and exercise rules

  • Balance your blood sugar and establish new habits and routines that will actually serve you in hypothalamic amenorrhea recovery – all with the goal to help you get your period back asap.

  • Personal feedback and advice on your food logs and recovery signs

Because that’s what you really want, right?

Here’s how we do it

  • Recovery Plan Development

Watch the video sessions at your own pace and work through each module of the program. One a day or one a week, up to you! Each lesson is roughly 1 hour long and when you download the app you can easily watch and listen on the go.

  • Personal feedback

You’ll join our support group where you have access to the community coaches Ashley and Dani who will provide personal feedback on your food logs and charts.

  • Access Past Food Reviews

In past live iterations of Restore we provided food log reviews for members. The reviews provided feedback and actionable advice around their nutrition and portion sizes and YOU get to access the recordings to help you spot similarities in your eating and learn from them.

  • Access to The HA Society

Be accountable to your plan. You’ll have full access to The HA Society to connect with other women just like you! This includes access to an exclusive podcast not available to the public, live weekly community calls, expert sessions and mini courses. Listen to all call replays and hear The HA Podcast episodes in advance right from your favourite podcast player.

What those who have done the course say:

“Over the last 10 weeks, I went on a journey full of ups and downs (and lots of tears haha). I'm so thankful for the community that the HA Society provided, since I was able to bounce a lot of my thoughts/feelings/frustrations off a lot of the other girls in the group and both give and receive support. The weekly calls through the Restore program (when I could make them) helped me engage with others in actually talking out loud about issues like food rules, diet mentality, body image hang-ups, exercise rigidity, which was so helpful. Thanks for providing the food review as a part of the course- it was really helpful to have what I eat looked at from another person's perspective!”
- Stephanie

“Right now I’m listening to Restore week 7: debunking exercise myths…and it’s bringing up a few things that I really struggle with but haven’t been able to put into words, so really helpful AND challenging!”
- Ash

“I just got my 1st recovery period and had to share the news with you all!!! I honestly thought the day would never come as I’ve only had maybe two real ovulations/periods in my whole life when I was a teen before getting HA and pre birth control (and I’m now 31 yrs old). So if you’re that person thinking it will never happen for you, I wanted to share to say that yes it 100% can and will! Perservering through all of the tough moments is the hardest thing, but hte outcome is worth it! And this community is here to cheer you on every step of the way!

I am SO grateful to have had the support from this community (and Dani Sheriff and Ashley Smith) along the way! I’m continually inspired by everyone’s bravery, perseverance, vulnerability, wisdom, and support for one another! This is a special community,”

“I’m in shock that I’m here ladies! Thanks Ashley & Dani for granting me access to this group :) Positive test this morning & VERY positive! Lol - thinking I’m 6 weeks. Yippppeeee!”
- Rhonda

“I was afraid to share this sooner as I thought I might wake up from a dream, but I got my first recovery period on Tuesday! I haven’t had a true, natural period since before I went on birth control in high school, so this is a major victory! I honestly didn’t think it would happen this quickly, but I am so glad it did. Keep the faith, keep fighting, and think positively about yourself and your potential if you stay on this journey. I know with certainty I wouldn’t have been able to do it without this community, so thank you for all the advice, experiences, and support!”
