Meet your trainer Liv
Liv is a HA Society graduate who has been where you are. She fell in love with working out and how it made her feel. Then like many of us, her passion for movement turned into an obsession with controlling her body composition and distorted her relationship with food.
After developing HA, she joined the HA Society and did the work to recover her period while redefining her relationship with exercise. As HA recovered Personal Trainer / Health Coach, she develops programs specifically for women during and after HA recovery.
