First you’ll sign up. Then you’ll be redirected to the next step.

Complete Intake Form

Next you’ll complete your intake forms.

Assigned a Coach

Then you’ll be assigned a coach. We determine who your coach is based on your specific challenges and personality fit. You can immediately schedule with them.

Receive Protocol

Your coach will review your intake and create an initial guide for you. You’ll jump on your first call and she will go through it with you.

This whole process is usually completed within a few days. Then you’ll schedule future calls and start meeting meeting biweekly.

What’s Included

  • 3 months of intensive coaching up front with a year of continued support afterward.

  • In depth review your health history, lab work and any other existing data you can provide. The review is presented to you via Zoom with clear instructions on your next steps.

  • Bi-weekly 1 hour calls to coach you to recovery, provide support and answer any and all of your questions.

  • Regular reviews of your food log to provide as much feedback as possible.

  • Unlimited email access to your coach for follow up questions for a whole year.

  • Lifetime membership to The HA Society community (value $299/year)

  • Lifetime access to The Restore Program (value $287) and the FAM for HA’ers Course (value $37)
